Erdic is completely natural, contains no oestrogen and is non-hormonal, but the phytoestrogens (plant oestrogen's) that are found (in the grains and fibres) in the tablets are able to fool the body into thinking that oestrogen has been introduced.

Rye, Malt, Fennel, Barley, Buckwheat, Hops (3 sorts) and L-ornitine (amino acid).

Anti-caking agents: Tri-Calcium Phosphate and Silicon dioxide.
