Once you have attained the desired result you simply reduce from 10 tablets a day to 3 tablets a day for approx 20 weeks to consolidate your increase and then you can stop taking the tablets. In some cases this can be done within the 3-box course and in others you may have to purchase another box to finish the maintenance program depending on size required and how fast you respond to the program.
