Most women report that they start to feel a tingling and/or a tender sensation in their breast area. The breasts often feel tender due to the change that they are experiencing. These sensations may start as early as 3-4 weeks or could take as long as 6 months. You also may notice that your breasts feel fuller and firmer and that your bra begins to feel tighter. These feelings are an indication that you are having a positive reaction to the ERDIC program.
